Additionally, the consultant will visit properties on your behalf and provide detailed reports, including video conferences, videos, photos, and summaries. This option offers personalized and intensive service to ensure you quickly find the perfect home.
This package assists you in finding and enrolling your children in schools. It includes a meeting to define your criteria, school research, presentation and visits of selected schools, and enrollment assistance.
Designed to help you get familiar with your new environment, this package includes pickup from your home or hotel, tours and presentations of various neighborhoods, information on local specifics, visits to selected properties, and return to your home or hotel after the tour.
